Queue Instructions

Under any circumstances, any lines formed before 10.00 hrs. is not considered reservation nor queue, as the official queue starts forming during the normal operating hours.
Reserves for customers with credit card that matches their national identification (All documents must be original, photocopies nor photographs of the documents are not eligible.) Queue numbers are distributed to customers with complete required documents who registered between 10.00 – 12.00 hrs. near the Drop-Off area on Sukhumvit Road, The EmQuartier (After 12.00 hrs, queue numbers are distributed at redemption counter in front of Rag & Bone, M floor, The EmQuartier).
Any unofficial lines formed will not be considered a part of the queue. Decisions made by the staff are final.
The queue numbers are non-transferrable and no queue exchange can be made.
Please keep your queue number with you at all time. If lost, your promotion will be forfeited. The company is not responsible under any circumstances.

Cash Voucher reward instructions

Only the “real queue number holder” with queue number, credit card, and national identification that match all documents and receipt (must be original) can receive the shopping complex cash voucher between 10.00 – 22.00 hrs. at redemption counter in front of Rag & Bone, M floor, The EmQuartier shopping complex.
Only customers who spend over 10,000.-/sales slip on 29 February 2020 are eligible.
